- NBA Draft Recap: This year's draft saw tons of surprising transactions, with teams attempting to make moves to better themselves for the future. Did the Cavs make the right decision taking Anthony Bennett with the No. 1 overall pick? Who were the big winners and losers from last Thursday night? We break it down.

- Celtics-Nets Trade/Howard Makes His Rounds: Boston and Brooklyn pulled off a major trade last Thursday which sent Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett to the Borough in exchange for a plethora of players and future draft picks. Did the Celtics make the right call shipping their star players out, and was the move enough to make the Nets a serious contender in the Eastern Conference next season? Also, Dwight Howard is meeting with various teams this week to decide where he'll call home for the foreseeable future. Are the Lakers the front-runners to land him? Money aside, of the teams still in the mix, which would be the best fit for the 7-time All-Star center? We'll tell you.

- Best Team in Baseball?: As we near the midway point of the season, the best record in baseball doesn't belong to the New York Yankees, Boston Red Sox, Detroit Tigers or San Francisco Giants. It belongs to the Pittsburgh Pirates, a club that hasn't finished above .500 in 20 years. What is manager Clint Hurdle doing to get the best out of this bunch, and can we expect them to still be in the playoff picture by season's end? Hear our take.

Plus:

We debate whether or not a team should sign free agent center Andrew Bynum if he refuses to work out prior, and analyze defenseman Seth Jones falling to the Nashville Predators at No. 4 in the NHL Draft!

All this and much more in this week's edition of The Bleacher Briefings podcast!
