Former Fab Five Member Arrested

Former University of Michigan "Fab Five" member Jimmy King was arrested Wednesday on accusations he failed to pay $17,000 in child support and ignored repeated warnings to get back on schedule, Attorney General Bill Schuette's said.

The charge carries up to four years imprisonment but is commonly used to get parents to settle.

"When it comes to child support, you have to play by the rules, no matter who you are," Schuette said in a statement.

Investigators tracked King down at a northwest Detroit church and arrested him there on Tuesday night.

King, along with Chris Webber, Jalen Rose, Juwan Howard and Ray Jackson led the Wolverines to back-to-back Final Four appearances in the early 90's.
