- Week 17 in the NFL: The final week saw playoff spots clinched, postseason hopes dashed, and head coaches and general managers shown the door by the boatload. We recap all this and more.

- Wild Card Round: First-round games include the Ravens taking on the upstart Colts, the Texans hosting the Bengals for the second-straight postseason, the Vikings going at it with the Packers for the second-straight week, only this time -- in Lambeau, and two of the top rookie QBs in the league going head-to-head when the Redskins host the Seahawks. Which teams advance and which are one-and-done? We'll tell you.

- Two Very Different Streaks: The Clippers and Bobcats have (had) two headline grabbing streaks going in the NBA -- at the same time! We discuss how Los Angeles has managed to put together a 17-game winning streak, and how Charlotte (until Monday) managed to go winless for a month.

Plus:

We answer some listener email true/false questions in regards to the NFL season and playoffs, and give our take as to what the "Games of the Year" were from 2012.

All this and more in this week's edition of The Bleacher Briefings podcast!
