Cruz Defeats Faber in Main Event of UFC 132

By - Kris Fletcher

Minutes ago, Dominick Cruz and Urijah Faber completed the first ever bantamweight main event at a UFC pay-per-view.

The fight lived up to the hype, going the full five rounds. In the end it was Cruz (18-1) who was awarded the unanimous decision victory, much to the chagrin of the crowd, by the scores of 50-45, 49-46 and 48-47.

  1. Damn. I was hoping Faber would beat Cruz. I can't stand that guy. Glad Ortiz got a win though.
