Hi! I'm Hannah! And I'm really excited to be the first Bleacher Babe of 2013!

Did you make any New Year's resolutions? If you're like most people, you made at least one. And if you're like the majority of those, your resolution is probably related to health and fitness.

How about making it a reality this year?

Be that person you want to be and have that body you've always wanted to have!

Now don't get me wrong, it won't come easy. But nothing worth having ever does! It takes motivation! It takes willpower! Most importantly, you have to stay focused!

The question isn't can you, the question is will you?

Get on a bike! Go for a run! Hit the treadmill! Don't just sit around! There's always something you could be doing to help you achieve your ultimate goal!

So please, join me in making 2013 the most successful and best year yet!
